Pros
Nice co-workers who start with high hopes for the company and quickly realize, it's going nowhere. Opportunity to gain international business experience and learn about a new culture.
Cons
The company had a lot of potential. Unfortunately, they have no business knowledge of the marketplace or American way of doing business. No market research, business plans, and vision, has resulted in a failed business model. They won't hire experienced leaders and much too arrogant to seek professional resources that could move the business forward. One person, who has no right being in her position due to a lack of communication skills, leadership or competency, has been put in charge of every department. This is the greatest downfall of the company and could have been avoided if the CEO cared about the business and not just about retirement after a drug approval. Turnover is ramped.--12 left in 1 year and everyone was looking. Look how many jobs are posted. This is not because of growth. Replacements. Don't believe otherwise. Micromanagement, screaming fits, and favoritism are the norm, as is communicating in another language that alienates others. Concerns of labor laws being broken as well as regulatory compliance was a source of conversation and much concern. Consider this review a gift. There are so many worse details I could write about, but hopefully you will get the idea. Please do your research. Reach out to former employees for feedback. Read the reviews here. Although I do see fake reviews from them on here. They did this with products they sold, as well. If you are desperate to feed your family, I understand. If, not, please run. You will be out of a job soon enough. This is a failed startup. They are aware of it but have a closely guarded long-term plan to drive it into the ground and go home to the parent company. Having a business in pharma in America is the hardest business anyone can do. Let alone those who have no clue.
