      Pros

      Hybrid work arrangement. Senior management cares about every team member鈥檚 mental health and career development. Direct manager actually sets up self development goals with you and review the progress regularly.

      Cons

      Not so much a con, but harvesting is seasonal so you will experience very busy period and very quiet period.
