Pros

Idiotic people are filled here. Play very school level politics but senior management supports them. Scared to spend even 1 rupee on employees for their development or engagement.

Cons

All cons. Salary not at market standard. These stupids still living in 2005 and think 3 LPA is enough. Appraisal given highly to only favoured candidates. Work hard and you’ll be taken for granted.
