Pros
Pay is amazing, but I suspect that's more to do with the client
Cons
NO work/life balance - they routinely expect us to drop everything for after hours meetings, presentations, etc with same day notice. Mandatory online training courses are hours long and generally have no relevance to day to day duties. No support whatsoever and completely unrealistic demands (eg: needing a signed declaration witnessed by a Justice of the Peace to change my home address with our HR department, being expected to provide specific details of medical prescriptions to management, being expected to provide my high school certificate from 27 years ago upon taking the job, etc)
