Very good culture and have diversity in every area. Good Work life balance Process oriented company and good training for employees growth Internal job posting time to time so have options to grow our carrier in different area.

Cons

Ethics policy are sometimes horrible and people are thinking about job security. Safety culture have extra non valuable work Job security is less. Abroad travelling is very limited
