Salary on time is only the good part

Cons

Rather than hiring employees, Tata Play hires slaves. Despite the fact that it's a 9-6 job, They'll take up 16 hours a day of your time. It's only on paper that employee ethics exist. Forget Diwali, Saturday, Sunday, National Holidays, Holi or even sickness leaves. They will make you beg and even then you won't get any leaves. No work life balance. Out of 16 hours of work per day, you will spend 15 hours in unnecessary and ineffective meetings. In the event that you fail to meet your boss' unrealistic goals, you will be reprimanded. Upper management believes that they are God, and even if you raise your concerns confidentially with HR, it will be revealed to your superiors.
