      Work pressure seen only in few months in a year.

      Cons

      Full of politics. Very less pay for freshers and if taken as Trainee or in contract would have to waIt for years and undergo tedious process to become permanent and still may be futile even if you are worthy. Nothing to learn or to do for software guys. prejudistic and egoistic mentality seen in the most of managers .
