      - direct communication with top management - hands on experience - teamwork - and the most important, long lasting friendships

      Sometimes work load could be overwhelming but there will be always someone happy to help you!!

      Pros

      Boss welcomes and consider new ideas proposed & does not micromanage Great colleagues Office near the MRT Mon & Fri work from home No OT & weekends work Chances given for underperforming staffs As long as you are showing that you are putting in efforts, boss will be okay to you

      Cons

      Some might perceive boss expecting for results at a certain point as pushy/pressurizing but the industry is such and they know what they signed up for when they decided to join the firm I feel. Some might dislike/disagree what the boss says at times but its not like all bosses are perfect in every company, you should be fine as long as you know what to filter out and ignore for it not to affect you as long as the boss doesn't force you to do something that is not of your job scope
