Pros

Very few "pros". Some employees are truly committed and have the skills to accomplish goals. But those people are few and far between. Salary is not great but not bad. Nice looking office and well located.

Cons

The management is COMPLETELY kidding themselves about what can and should be done within ISIT. The ISIT leaders simply do not realize that they do not run the company; the business side should be directing what systems will support their goals. There is no investment in people at all. T&L is ISIT understaffed and cannot attract new talent because of their horrible reputation for running too lean. You will not have a place to sit that is "your desk". Only Directors have an official place to sit with their name on the desk. If you are not considered management, you are treated as if you do not matter.

Pros

Safety first is the only positive

Cons

I have never worked for a company where Sr VP goes to management levels to ask for dirt on an entire team including their boss. Just go back to December of 2018 and look at the number of Supply Chain management jobs that have been available. It is not because the people were incapable of doing their jobs, they could no longer deal with the leadership that stabs you in the back any time they can. They will not say this but many of these open position were made available by people walking out without a job to go to. Yes, it's that bad. The sad thing is that HR k ow thos and has done NOTHiNG. This used to be a great place to work and it could be again but they need to take a hard look at how the SR leadership treats people. Racist comments, degrading comments to people in front of their peers and much more. (YES ALL EXPOSED TO HR)
