Pros

Lovely, family owned company. Mission driven. Treats employees very well. Welcoming culture, engaging work, and very fair salary.

Cons

Can be limiting in terms of remote / in office depending on role.

Problematic staff sometimes, bad management if you have a problem no body solves. Except yourself

Pros

Benefits; decent hourly wage + good commission; incredible team of people, many of who have been with the company for years and years. Supportive and open environment -- I felt that leadership really did care about feedback and provided ample opportunities to listen and discuss. Employees are genuinely cared for, acknowledged, and appreciated.

Cons

Limited flexibility with scheduling, but that I believe is just the nature of a call center and not so much a con of Tauck itself.
