      Pros

      A once great idea with good people in places.

      Cons

      The company is being run by an out of control CEO that has no idea what he is doing. To say he is lieing the majority of the time is only incorrect because he is so arrogant that he possibly doesn’t know he is making things up at times. Potential employees beware. Go back and read the articles available. They are packed full of lies that in retrospect now are obvious. Go back and talk to one of the many CFOs that left or any of the many other employees. Even the founders have now all bailed on the business.

      Company slipping into non existence.

      Pros

      Cool location. If you are single, benefits are good. Not so good if you have a family. Stocked kitchen. Good hardware to develop on.

      Cons

      Company is on the downward slope. They just had a hiring freeze and now a reduction in force. Managers are extremely narcissistic. I would not recommend any of my friends even interview here. They may be around for a while, but there is no grow in the company. No career growth. Lots of back biting in the company. Just a terrible environment.

      NOLA Office: Aggressive con artists

      Easy to get a job there. Didn't take much to get the position.

      Cons

      Really aggressive sales tactics combined with a gross work environment and an almost universal willingness to force customers into payment solutions that were very bad for them.

One recent improvement specific to New Orleans is our move to a new and much bigger space. We're really excited about the new office. It was much needed following our growth in NOLA and it is now a much better reflection of our San Francisco startup culture. Its unfortunate to see "force customers" in your comment as this is the antithesis of who we are. At Taulia, we believe in providing businesses with payment choice. We enable companies to determine how and when they want to get paid. Not only does it help their business, it liberates cash trapped in supply chains, and ultimately accelerates global economic growth.
