      Pros

      It's a job. It still pays fairly well considering it's an all gratuity job.

      Cons

      Tavistock just doesn't care at all for it's line employees. They have demonstrated this attitude towards us time and time again. I'f your considering a job with this corp. look elsewhere if you value your pride and self esteem.

      -Location was convenient for commute -Fantastic Manager

      Cons

      -Company does not care about its employees/ no respect for the work that is done -Minimal benefits -Company culture is equivalent to a jail without food or outdoor time. -No room to grow/advance -Everyone lives in fear of upper management -Very politically driven and intense office politics

      Pros

      Very busy pace working on multiple projects for multiple brands. Each brand is focused on highest level in cuisine and wine. Executive Chefs are exemplary.

      Cons

      Leadership aims for streamlining campaigns, using same strategies, creative and copy for separate brands, whose customer base is just as different. There is more concern for consolidation at the corporate level, as opposed to UX or behavioral data.
