      A complete dead end with no future at all

      Pros

      Easy and simple work with no real training required.

      Cons

      - There is absolutely no guidance from management - Leadership is poor and support is completely nonexistent - Employees are left entirely on their own with no direction - Salary is extremely low - There is no realistic expectation of any salary increase - There is no growth, no progress, and no real future in the role - The job feels like a complete dead end

      1. Interesting mix of responsibilities 2. Close collaboration between the engineering, analytics, and marketing teams 3. I’ve gotten much better at working with data infrastructure 4. Managers give my team a lot of freedom to build systems rather than just maintain existing dashboards.

      Cons

      A bit of a learning curve at the beginning. I had to improve my communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders.
