      Pros

      Small, people-first company. Low-key and healthy office culture. Personable and strong leadership team. Great benefits. Strong communication across all departments. Casual dress code is a big plus.

      Cons

      Work itself can be pretty dry if you don't love tax analysis. Options for advancement are limited.

      Smart, dedicated team Fair pay (limited raises but started high enough) Shorts casual and dog-friendly

      Cons

      Management lacks creativity or flexibility. Saw a shift from focus on quality to speed/quantity and pandering to bigger names. No training. No room to advance. Ok...so, some people did grow their careers but only those who started very very junior. If you started mid-career, then almost no opportunity to advance...more than 5y and never saw any room to grow.

      Very supportive environment. Bosses encourage regular training to build new skills and they take employee input seriously. Also, free snacks!
