Pros

This company does not have anything positive to offer any new employee, ever, as all management level positions are occupied by petty, childish, hypocrites who have no business being in management. Snitching is rewarded, and almost no effort is made to hide the double-standards here. To get anywhere, one has to be related to someone in management somehow. Although getting anywhere in this company is not desirable, as it will bring someone down to the same level of pettiness that is currently paraded around this company.

Cons

The true list would take months to compile, and hours to read. The big ones include, the blatant double standards on display everywhere, HR is absolutely no help at all, as the one person department is utilized more to talk down to employees, judge employees, and make their lives at work harder, not easier. I specifically was hired to work in a certain department; the job description was very clear on what my activities would include and what was expected of me. Instead, I regularly work for other teams, doing things I either have no business working on, because I'm not qualified to, or I work on things that any high school student, anywhere, could do. Honestly, I am not sure why I needed a college degree to work here. After working here for a little while, I was told that in fact you do not have to have a college degree, even as high up as the C suite or management level. Oh and if Glassdoor allowed it I would give this company negative stars in a heartbeat, because they have not earned any, in my mind. The only reason I haven't left yet is because of covid-19.

Pros

Flexible hours. Work from home. Great if you want to just work and get a paycheck.

Cons

Low pay. Poor training. No room for advancement. Prioritizing cost centers over revenue centers. Lack of transparency and clear expectations.
