      Pros

      Everything - Best group of people I've ever worked for. Will not be able to scratch the surface of how great they are but here are a few highlights: Don't overly micromanage Responsive and available Honest Truly care Terrific product Amazing systems NOT hard sales Compassionate Growth potential Treated like a person, not just an employee and a number Basically everything you've hated in past jobs but the opposite! EVERYTHING you need is provided to you. They have this down to a science. I wish I could say more but I can't imagine anyone who has a good work ethic and is looking for a long term future would regret coming onboard with TaxQuotes.

      I have yet to find one, maybe that I can only work 40 hours.

      The people the amount of work that is required and the micromanaging is insane!! Was there a month and half three people were fired no warnings I believe the way they hire is to make it seem like they like diversity but not the case. Just ask any black employees that work there especially a black woman. None in management. Owner will act like he care but really doesn’t. I can say so much I can honestly say the reviews prior were either paid or not an honest review. They do fly you to CA but I promise what you SEE is NOT what you get!!! If you are looking for job security this is not the place. I wish somebody had warned me so I’m trying to do my part.

      Best company I've ever worked for

      Pros

      Hands down this is the best company I've ever worked for. The owner/CEO John, truly cares about his employees, that's obvious as soon as you speak with him. The culture, the benefits, the pay, it's all fantastic. I've worked for large corporations, start ups and everything in between. By far this is best place I've experienced. I'm looking forward to seeing where this company goes.

      Just as the other reviews have stated, it's a new company so there are some kinks but it's nothing unreasonable
