      -Amazing and Extremely supportive Management Team -Free Employee Parking -3 min walk from Good life Fitness -Absolutely Stunning Office/building -Great work culture (everyone is equally valued) -Development sessions constantly held to help employees improve and grow skills -Pay is great -Super helpful learning environment -Family feel -Great hours and opportunity -Your voice is ACTUALLY heard and opinions are Valued by management -Company is CONSTANTLY trying to grow and improve in every aspect. -Management actually CARES about ALL their employees. -Management prioritizes the health and safety of EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE Overall Tayco is an outstanding company which sets itself apart from 90% of employers. Working at Tayco is LITERALLY a dream too good for you to have even imagined!

      Cons

      -Long walk from the bus stop (but trust me, it is worth every step) -Not a lot of lunch options around (if you don't drive but you can order online so that's good )
