Community is awesome the resistance are what makes it worth it
Cons
Inner circle bosses and employees, drugg addicts in and out of rehab. Cover ups, messing your paycheck information up on almost every occasion Human resources are supposed to help you they do nott after many years I left after harassment became an issue and reported it.. I asked for then to view the cameras they said cameras are deceiving. Let's not forget about the way management talks about the residents we are supposed to take care of

They'll pay top rates, bring your negotiating game and don't let them lowball you. Signing bonuses too!
Cons
As others here have noted, endless drama and micromanaging by 'leadership.'
