no transparency on pay and charge backs hours - plan on working 6 days a week and over 65 hours a week drive time and milage - you will get appointments over 75 miles from house and could be as late as 6-7 pm multiple sales meetings each week churn and burn mentality for sales people Jim felton is no longer involved. running un qualified leads miles from office or house installation issues and no customer service
