Pros

There is nothing positive about working at this company

Cons

All of the negative reviews on here are 100% accurate. The owner steam rolls employees and is terrible to work for, which is why there is a revolving door of people. Avoid at all costs, the owner does not pay enough to be demeaned everyday. It's not worth your mental health.

Pros

On occasion, you will be treated with some kindness from your boss when clients come in because they are manipulated to believe that you are all treated so well, yet have no idea you are all working in sweat shop conditions.

Cons

Where does one start? The stories I have from my time working here were something out of a horror movie, many of which people did not believe because of the level of absurdity. The abuse alone will work you down until you have no self confidence or self worth left. On top of working obscene hours, forced to deal with their Zoo of an office (literally there are dogs working amongst you daily, with no proper potty training) and having to compete with your other co-workers who have completely different positions and skills than you, this job will run you to insanity. If you chose to subject yourself to working here, know this: you will be treated poorly, forced to discuss your personal life EVERY MORNING in a morning meeting that is insufferable and embarrassing for everyone in the room (as no one is exempt from being targeted in a group setting for their lack of performance or perhaps for not meeting these seemingly impossible expectations). Additionally, the owner is a wackadoodle, try hard who lacks major social queues and will take her frustrations out on anyone who crosses her path on a bad day (which can feel like everyday). All of these "positive" reviews are actually reviews that current employees are forced to compose in order to protect her "perfect" image. OH, and there is no HR department or point person where you can feel protected by so if things get a little too hard, you can just cry at your desk (which many employees do) and sulk in the mistakes you've made and continue to get gaslit all day long. You are not a person of value here, you are a slave with no feelings, thoughts or even opinions. If you are not completely desperate for a job, AVOID!

Pros

Run for the hills if you don't enjoy working for a demeaning narcissist

Cons

Rude, overbearing, egotistical, stale owners. The office also smells putrid from their pets. They also like to force everyone into doing things together(like eating lunch as a team everyday) and force the employees to come to their home for team building events. Which I found incredibly weird and mildly inappropriate.
