Pros

It was a very fun to place to work. The culture there makes you feel included in the company, and that they want to make this a stable, comfortable place to work for everyone. Managers were also super chill and easy to talk to

Cons

Not a lot of room for growth, days can get repetitive but thats part of working in manufacturing
