Pros

Absolutely nothing. This job was a nightmare.

Cons

If you want to have a meltdown in the employee bathroom on a weekly basis, this is the perfect job for you! They pay everyone very poorly, including the amazing mental health professionals, who eventually move on to jobs that pay more. Very shady company. Was asked to do some morally ambiguous things. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Pros

My fellow co-workers were awesome in helping when I had a question. I also had great consumers.

Cons

Punitive attitude to staff. Unrealistic demands. Management more interested in making money from Medicaid that they do not look to see if employees are billing unnecessary units so they reach their unrealistic demand set by management. Very high turn over. Pay is way below what other mental health agencies pay for the same position.
