Pros
-90% of the People I encountered there are great to talk -Fun to be around -Train well (as long as you listen) -Most clients give tips as long as you're efficient & Friendly
Cons
-occasional Drama between grown men -Extremely poor Management communication - Heavy Favoritism during slow times of the year. (you may not work for a week+) while the "ole Timer" gets 3+ jobs in the same day

Working at Taylor, you get an exceptional professional experience teaching you what quality customer service, spatial planning and teamwork looks like. As this experience was my first job, I found it helped tremendously in my professional career learning how to deliver goods to great people.
Cons
Only con is a given for the moving industry - some days are long, some are short.
