10 hour work days 5 days s week. If you do not work a total of 50 hours a week the pay will decrease as the overtime counts as part of your salary. You do not receive any additional over time pay past 50 hours unless you work 60 hours and the additional over time will not include the extra 10 hours if you have reached 60 hours.. The additional over time will then start with any hours you have worked over 60 hours.
