Pros

CEO truly cares about clients and staff, and has shown tremendous flexibility and generosity over the years in the way she handles various challenges within the company. TAT is committed to fostering a positive work environment and dedicated to helping staff keep an appropriate work/life balance. I worked for TAT for 4 years, including throughout the pandemic, and watched it survive many ups and downs. This is a company that continues to evolve and improve, and is very committed to ethical practices.

Cons

Dealing with insurance companies can be a nightmare. The company is always striving to improve and simplify the process of dealing with audits and addendum requests, but these can be stressful. The health benefit options were not ideal when I worked there, but may have improved since I left.

Pros

The CEO/owner treats her staff like family. The supervision team and CEO/owner put clients’ well-being first. We have a 0 tolerance policy for unethical behavior, ethics code violations, and unprofessional behavior, which is a reason for the disgruntled reviews left here. We put clients first, no matter what.

Cons

I don’t have cons to share.

Pros

The company has supportive BCBAs.

Cons

I have so much to say about this company. But recently they had a lot of their employees (RBTs and BCBAs) leave in mass. Then a second time when I left with a few others. They do not respect their employees just on the fact of the CEO leaves nasty and rude emails to those who left. They will also not pay you for driving to the client's house as promised. They will only pay you to drive from client to client. Not to the first client. SO YOU CAN DRIVE 2-3 HOURS FOR FREE FOR A 2-3 HOUR SESSION.
