Pros

Amazing team, high-impact work, incredible life-lessons.

Cons

You must be ready to commit 2 years. Leaving prematurely is looked upon extremely poorly, for obvious reasons.

Pros

great mission, and the fellows in schools are great too. really believes in making a difference in education.

Cons

terrible work life balance, employees are not valued, ceo is egotistical and inexperienced, no real room for career development, the organization is suffering from bureaucracy and playing favorites. the wrong people get promoted, and the deserving people get left behind. very traditional and rigid in approach. there is so much potential in the model but it suffers from bad management and execution.
