You can make some very good money here if you work 80 hours a week including your days off

Cons

Unprofessional working environment - bullying, harassment and cliqueyness. Shouting, jealousy and intimidation is a regular occurrence in the office if they see you as a threat. So you either get bullied for making lots of money or you get sacked for not making enough.

- charity days - birthday off

Cons

- almost impossible to go up the framework as a resourcer & barely any support with it - new branch managers every 6 months because they either get sacked or they can’t hack it - offices like secondary school classrooms - colleagues (including managers) doing inappropriate things at work events - no flexibility if you need to temporarily work part time or change your hours (having a child/ being off sick) - very cliquey - no support in place whatsoever for anything - complaints aren’t taken seriously - seem to hire absolutely anyone - if you don’t make loads of money they don’t care about you

We have invested heavily in training and development for all team members, including a dedicated learning and development team that can be contacted throughout your career. Although designed to challenge and develop, the resourcer framework can be achieved, and we have seen resourcers reach the top and then move into successful consultant roles. Flexible working, including a change in working hours, can be requested through the correct channels. We review each case individually and work with the requester to achieve the best outcome for both the team member and the business.
