Pros

Teaching Strategies is a great place to work. The company is dedicated to the mission and supporting educators in the field. It's a 100% remote work environment with good benefits and compensation. Everyone is extremely friendly and I enjoy the work I get to do every day.

Cons

I don't have any at this time.

Pros

The ability to work from home has been a game changer. I love the opportunity to build relationship across teams and have them on calls with customers if needed. It’s an all hands on deck mindset, the culture is positive and allows for autonomy.

Cons

Not being paid commission after the first month of maternity leave is a big con!

Pros

Teaching Strategies fosters a highly positive and collaborative culture where teamwork is both valued and visible across departments. The organization sets high expectations, creating a challenging environment that encourages professional growth, innovation, and creative problem-solving. Staff are empowered to contribute ideas, pilot new approaches, and think expansively about improving early childhood education. At the same time, leadership demonstrates a genuine commitment to work–life balance, supporting flexibility and well-being so employees can thrive both personally and professionally.

Cons

I do not have any cons. Do appreciate leadership being open to constructive feedback as we learn and continuously improve to reach outcomes in the early learning space.
