Pros

Choose how far you are willing to travel for an assignment. Easy to ask for time off, my requests were never denied. Staff were very understanding whenever I needed to use a sick day. Flexible scheduling Weekly paychecks

Cons

Calling at 6:00 AM every day to receive an assignment. Sometimes you just have to be on call all day until you are scheduled somewhere. There are days that you won't be assigned anywhere so it's just a day without pay. Seems like an outdated system.

Pros

Great way to get a ton of experience, easy to take time off, paid weekly, not many trainings required, able to set driving range, desired age/setting of students, pay increased by a few dollars during my time at the job

Cons

Put in some situations that were not ideal, calling in to get your shift for the day at 6am, summer is extremely slow, almost all church based childcare centers, not a lot of job security

Pros

You are able to create your own schedule by saying when you’re available and when you’re not.

Cons

You’re not guaranteed work and the headquarters is a toxic environment.
