      Pros

      Genuine care from the company towards the projects they take on board, as well as towards employees well-being. Monthly social events.

      Cons

      Very limited flexibility for WFH arrangements, sometimes some peaks of overtime, due to the nature of the industry.

      Pros

      Pay is decent. If you can work here and handle all the drama and politics and what not, then other work places will feel like a piece of cake.

      Cons

      Seniors yelling at junior staff in front of the entire office. Incompetent people helming government projects - they will end up dumping all their work on you or play the blame game. It's all a game of who can suck up the most to the management. If you are a hard worker you will either get trampled over or you will have people use your work for their advantage.
