The people I've met here have become some of my closest friends and most-respected acquaintances. They're experienced and work really hard to keep our IC Drivers safely on the road while striving to comply with DOT and FMCSA policies.
Every position I've had at this company came with a training and transitional period before being fully immersed in the new work/requirements. I'm thankful for that.
I can't begin to thank all those who gave their support when I lost my mother, grandfather, and grandmother (all my remaining elders) in a ~2-4-year span while working here. There's so much I owe this company, and I've had the pleasure of seeing a lot of that patience, attention, and kindness spill over to our IC Drivers.
Cons
First, I have no real complaints.
The road is long, but there are definitely more good days than bad days.
