      BEST IN THE WEST !!!!!!

      Pros

      We are here for our customers to the best of our ability. I love the idea of a one point of contact. Other brokerages have sales reps customers dealing with so many people and it gets too confusing / frustrating. We are very team oriented more like family here . I have never gotten along with everyone EVER in a company .

      Cons

      Not enough hours in the day to do more for my customers.

      No credit checks for leasing a truck and trailer

      Lack of pay, billed double for gas and advances

      Pros

      Team Eagle offers a Supportive and team-like work atmosphere, motivational and energetic work environment, positive reinforcement, competitive compensation, room for career growth, hands-on training and so many more things. I am so happy to have found this career.

      Cons

      I can't think of any at this point. If i have to say 1 thing, we had some issues with a breaker that kept blowing, but that has been fixed and all is good.
