A culture of fear and lack of transparency that permeates the agency. people unceremoniously fired every few months. lack of process & structure. overworked underpaid junior staff in senior roles who lack management skills. The expectation is go above and beyond. The return is... below average salary, benefits and culture. Don't expect raises or promotions, even if you're a top performer. team epiphany is obsessed with "culture" yet couldn't be more out of touch with what's culturally relevant. how can you be when you're so attached to such backwards ways of working.

If you’re considering a job at Team Epiphany, think twice. This agency thrives on appearances but operates in a toxic, chaotic, and disorganized environment that prioritizes favoritism over actual talent and hard work. Cons: Leadership is exclusionary and tends to play favorites, making it impossible for anyone outside of their inner circle to advance. Poor communication across teams, leading to constant last-minute changes and unrealistic expectations. Excessive micromanagement from senior staff while offering little to no real guidance or support. A toxic work culture where overwork is glorified, but actual contributions are undervalued. No real structure or career growth opportunities—just a revolving door of employees who burn out and leave. Diversity and inclusion are performative; leadership doesn’t truly support marginalized employees. High turnover due to unrealistic workloads, lack of recognition, and poor management. Pay is below industry standards, especially considering the amount of work expected. Leadership talks about innovation but recycles the same ideas year after year. Gaslighting is rampant—if you point out an issue, expect to be dismissed or labeled as "not a team player." They claim to be a culture-first agency but don’t actually respect the culture they profit from.
