very few good managers and supervisors when i was there - most of them have left since...

EXTREMLEY toxic, promise you promotions or movement within the company and nothing happens, i was denied inhouse training due to the "women in logistics" push by the higher ups... my mother died while i was working there( i was also a care taker of my mother) and i was told later by the second in charge at Karawatha to suck it up and go to work, even they knew how devastating it was for me..

Management says one thing and does another manipulation is they way they manage, they suck you in with the portability of bonus and make you work like a dog and then they don’t pay them at the end of the year but you have done they have work.
