      Team Horner cares significantly about the health of their employees and offers many programs like yoga, massage, gym onsite, personal training, health assessments. Career Advancement Program; continues training to become more knowledgeable about the business. ESOP

      Cons

      The salary is not good. The head of Marketing department has poor communication skills, micromanages, does not know how to delegate, little chances to grow within the company.
