      Pros

      Can be a fun working environment at times. Pay and benefits were fair while the company was doing well financially.

      Cons

      Roles constantly changing. Leadership is unreliable and lacks awareness. Random layoffs when management has a bad meeting. Ridiculous, inconsistent expectations. Pay plans evolve conveniently at the end of quarter so there is no clear method to earn a bonus. Executive team saw no problem with cutting everyone else's pay when things got rough, while they continued making inappropriately high salaries.

      The hourly rate and benefits were competitive.

      Cons

      Poor organization for the training of new employees. Previous reviews I read go on about how wonderful the owner is and how much she cares about her employees, yet I never met the woman while I worked there and was let go while on leave for COVID-19 a week after the HR lady told me to take as much time as I needed and that they were all praying for me. Their actions definitely do not match their values.

      Pros

      Ownership and a C-Suite that cares about their employees. Growth potential both as a business and professionally. Can do attitude and outstanding team mentality.

      Cons

      Honestly no true cons. Quick turn around time on several tasks, but that is the nature of the business.
