Cons
Very low salary for position, next to zero engagement from corporate in Europe. CEO has zero interest in APAC region and refused to visit business groups here (5 companies in APAC), Went on a huge acquisition project globally then managed these companies extremely bad, then started selling off the companies as they fell into the "too hard basket: for integration. Removed all heads of business units around the globe. (all the talent gone) Closed down all NZ businesses, making over 100 staff redundant and gutted the AU TPP Wholesale business , making 90% of all staff redundant. All of this right before Christmas. Horrible company to work for but some very talented people across the group. Steer clear of any of their companies.
