Pros

Good salary, colleagues are friendly and kind, great for sports lovers, very good benefits in general and social activities, very good work life balance, they are SPLENDID with their employees, always surprised me beyond expectations not just with benefits but also with activities or generous gestures. HR is great and helpful. They care about reinventing themselves (black history month, diversity and inclusion and many other important or fun initiatives) It´s overall a GREAT company to work for anyone that looks for a good corporate job. I would recomend it anytime and felt very grateful working here.

Cons

Not really a con, but I think you have to be a specific type of person to fit. My personal experience was not great at the end not at all because of the company, but because of my specific team, which (with most of them) I felt was a small talk relationship, micromanaging plus judgement and lack of fellowship, empathy and overall no connection or trust, still polite and respectful, but at times felt very uncomfortable and affected me personally. Also, depending very much on your role, there might not be many opportunities for growth, so it can get monotonous for people that like diversity in their tasks, but you do grow in other ways, and for sure have lots of fun in non-pandemic times.

Pros

Good onboarding, good location, some nice people

Cons

During my time at this company, I found aspects of the culture and management approach difficult. There appeared to be limited diversity across the organisation, including in leadership roles. From my perspective, this impacted the overall sense of representation within the workplace. I experienced several interactions that made me uncomfortable, including comments about my appearance and hairstyle. For example, I was told I looked like a “different person” depending on my hairstyle, and on one occasion a senior colleague touched my hair while asking about it. While this may not have been intended negatively, it felt inappropriate to me. I also received frequent feedback regarding my facial expressions, body language, and how I “came across” on video calls, even when I was not speaking. I found this feedback to be subjective and more focused on presentation style than measurable performance outcomes. When I shared concerns about inclusion and workplace culture, I did not personally observe any changes during my tenure. Overall, I experienced the management style as highly detail-oriented and focused on personal presentation, which contributed to a stressful working environment for me
