The team members were supportive.

Unfortunately, differences between the two directors created an unstable environment. The lack of alignment in leadership priorities often trickled down to the team, affecting decision-making and long-term planning. Taking advantage of this the COO (accounts) acts as the owner of the company and tries to teach how procurement is done and how projects to handled. This internal conflict eventually led to unnecessary exits, including mine.

This company does not value its employees. The management shows little to no consideration for the well-being of staff and often treats people as if they are replaceable rather than human beings. Decisions are made without empathy, fairness, or respect, creating a toxic environment where hard work and dedication go unrecognized. If you’re looking for a workplace that respects its employees and supports their growth, this is not the place.
