      Pros

      Good people and tight knit team. Basically everything you could want from a race team. Good pay and good benefits (for a race team).

      Cons

      Poor communication from management at times. Pay and benefits are not competitive for engineers when compared with other industries.

      You would work with some very smart individuals which enables to grow your skills quickly. Sense of working at a historic company. Risk of redundancy is low, especially during economic crisis but your pay will be cut

      Cons

      Toxic culture. Poor communication and secretiveness from management. Inability to adapt to modern work practices and respond to employee feedback. Uncompetitive vacation policy . Lack of upward mobility. Poor vacation policy. Extreme lack of diversity.

      Insurance sucks. Management sucks. Most people down there act like they are gods or something.
