If you like to just be told what to do, then this is not for you. Lots of autonomy and opportunities for problem-solving when the best decision may not be super clear. Need to be good at communication.

The company does a great job of balancing high expectations with a fun, engaging environment, so it really feels like a work hard, play hard culture. Leadership is approachable and always looking for ways to improve, not just for the business but for the people in it too. Work-life balance is better than you find in a lot of places, and there are clear paths for growth if you’re willing to step up and take initiative. The company has a strong purpose behind what it does, and you can feel that in the day-to-day, which makes the work more meaningful.
