      Not a nice place to work.

      Pros

      Only a paycheck and nothing more. There are no pros. I would definitely advise that you stay away from this backwards business. This place will suck the life out of you.

      Cons

      No fair raises and no recognition for a job well done. Some employees are allowed to break the rules and nothing is said to them. However other employees are expected to tow the line. No fairness at all.

      Pros

      Environmental awareness: recycling an everyday thing. Not a large corporate feel, family friendly especially during times of bereavement and family illnesses.

      Cons

      With held for personal reasons, but no issues with upper management, supervisor, office and other support, sales or shipping staff or the work. A very good opportunity to put my skills to work.
