1)If you do what ever they ask and write bond then you might get good hikes. 2)small code base so you can get grip on protocol easily.
Cons
1)You will be working under money minded,selfish,Cruel minded people. 2)You work on old second hand systems. 3)Your health will get worst because of overtime,stress,fear.Saturday is open holiday.they will call frequently because of immature managers. 4)You won't work with debugging tools(like GDB). Your valuable time always get wasted. 5)You will get hike only if you write bond.
