Quick in finding a job and transparent

The work culture at TeamUP is unlike any other job I have had before in the best way possible. My coworkers are kind, helpful, motivating, and an overall joy to work with. So much so, that we like to hang out once a month for Thirsty Thursday. It is so nice to not only have a collaborative work environment wherein everyone wants you to succeed, but also to be around people you genuinely like to work with. Our CEO, Mike, truly cares for his employees and works to make sure we have everything we need to be successful, whether it be by making sure we have coffee on tap, access to online webinars and certifications, snazzy work equipment (i.e. standing desks, ergonomic stations, etc.), a free gym membership, and so much more. Mike truly invests in his employees and makes it so we have the opportunity to grow internally. Not many people can say that about their boss so I feel lucky to be able to do so.
