Pros

When the sun is shinning on you, it's warm. Great culture initiative (when working on it). Lots of opportunities to grow and learn (if they like you). Work/life balance is usually okay.

Cons

President - seems friendly, difficult to work with directly. Stole PTO during pandemic (gave it back years later, but had no PTO during a time when people needed to stay home for having a runny nose). Men > Women - in pay & opinion. Toes lawsuit line when it comes to salary discussions (will make threats & retaliate for sharing). Unfulfilled promises. Will try to gaslight you into thinking you're paid adequately (HR doesn't seem to understand how Glassdoor works). Throws around titles without considering pay rate - poor excuses when mentioned pay rate doesn't match others with same or similiar title in the area. Overall, negative environment.

Pros

The company provides great benefits and most of the employees are wonderful coworkers. The industry itself is really fun to work in and the company does try to reward high performing employees.

Cons

Beware of Senior Management! They will treat you like you’re the best employee, but will rip you apart for the smallest mistake. While the benefits are great, it’s really hard to feel comfortable in a company that constantly fires employees without a valid reason. They will say there have been “compliance issues” but will be unable to provide one single example of said issues. You need to have a really thick skin to work here as Senior Management will make you feel inadequate. The company will preach about creating a great “culture”, but will also get rid of anyone who actually knows what they’re doing and has ideas on how to improve. Management wants sheep, not innovators.
