Pros

I often look around and think: This is the right product, the right time, the right place, and the right people to do something big. If anyone can leverage the power of Silicon Valley tech to help improve the working experience of millions upon millions of blue collar workers, it’s Teambridge. 60% of the world’s workforce is paid hourly—and that’s the market for Teambridge’s composable workforce management solution. It’s a fully customizable, no code platform that acts as the source of truth for businesses, helping them manage hiring, scheduling, invoicing, pay, and more—making it perfectly positioned to leverage the power of AI. Every day at Teambridge is exciting. Things move fast. The product changes and improves rapidly. The people are brilliant, highly motivated, and work as hard as anyone. My coworkers are interesting, quirky, multifaceted, kind, and generous with their highly sought after time. It’s a good group of people trying to do something big and it’s fun to be a part of it. The office is beautiful, right downtown in between Salesforce Park and the LinkedIn building. The kitchen is well stocked and having dogs in the office is a treat. If you want a true Silicon Valley startup experience that has the opportunity to make a lasting positive mark on the global workforce—Teambridge is the place to be.

Cons

People work hard, long hours. Work-life balance is 90% work 10% life at Teambridge. The teamwork, work environment, and in-office energy is exceptional, and makes it worth it, but there will almost always be more work than what is reasonable for you to handle. The company is ruthlessly committed to maintaining talent density. There has been a lot of turnover and the vast majority of it has been involuntary. Some are quitting because they’re being worked too hard, but the turnover is mostly people getting fired because they’re not producing a good enough work product or they’re not willing to work hard enough. I’ve witnessed intelligent, high-achieving individuals with insanely impressive resumes join the company and quickly get left behind. It’s a place where you are expected to do difficult things, work insanely hard, and earn your spot.

Pros

Working at Teambridge is the full-fledged Series B startup experience. You have the excitement of working on a disruptive product for hourly and blue collar industries, an area that most of Silicon Valley has chosen to ignore. The velocity that the company moves at is compelling and there are some great people who work here.

Cons

Like any startup, you have to calibrate your expectations - this is nothing like working in Big Tech at a public company. It's not a rest & vest 40 hour work week by any means...with about 50 employees, there's plenty of work to go around.

Pros

The people at Teambridge are not just friendly—they are genuinely invested in the work being done across the company and in each other’s success. Collaboration is at the heart of everything, with a strong sense of teamwork that makes everyone willing to step in, support, and share their expertise. The passion that drives each individual is contagious, creating an atmosphere where challenges feel like opportunities and work feels deeply rewarding. Teambridge doesn’t just encourage growth—it actively pushes you to exceed your own expectations, constantly striving for innovation and improvement. Above all, the company is deeply committed to valuing its employees and cultivating an environment where everyone feels empowered to thrive and contribute meaningfully.

Cons

As a startup, Teambridge thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment where there is persistent drive for the next big thing. This constant need to adapt, learn, and innovate is both a challenge and a thrill. It’s the very nature of startup life—where growth is rapid, and you’re continuously pushed to stretch your abilities and think outside the box. While this pace requires flexibility and resilience, it keeps the work dynamic and full of fresh opportunities. The sense of progress and the chance to make a real impact make the experience both rewarding and fulfilling.
