      Not the best startup company to work with

      Pros

      There are quite interesting and developing products; It is quite comfortable to communicate with most people and solve some work issues; Additional development on the part of the English language;

      Cons

      They sell Junior Dev as Senior +; Low salary; The CEO of the company will do and say everything in order not to raise your salary; If feedback from the customer is in the form of doubts that the worker is of the Senior level, he will not tell you this; The CEO likes to manipulate the workers, making them think that they are nothing and nobody; Not a working concept of Review. I never understood how a Frontend or QA person could reasonably evaluate my technical skills;

      Open and friendly atmosphere, interesting projects, employees proposals and suggestions are very welcome and accepted, great office in the city center.

      Cons

      Be initiative and curios, ask questions and your adaptation and work here will be enjoyable (I am saying this as employee, not because of my position)
