Pros

Decent HR policies, considering it's an event management firm. Opportunity to travel (domestic plus abroad) if you are into production Chance to work with artists and creative heads. Ample of food and smoke breaks.

Cons

Office has an interesting 80:20 ratio, where 20% people work their bottoms off and 80% people "SMOKE", just "SMOKE" like an idiot and "Hang around". Extremely poor division of work, that throws your work-life balance into toilet flush. No coordination among teams, no accountability for work, extremely rude managers who only care about numbers. Overall highly chaotic, disorganised, a mess of an "organisation" (if that's what it should be called) and ironically, there's no sign of TEAMWORK anywhere. My sincere advice to whoever is reading this, only apply if you enjoy frying your lungs and torturing your intestines with no regard for actual work and responsibilities.

Colorful office. Helpful colleagues. Good environment. If you want to learn anything you can do it by yourself.

Cons

If there is any issue they won't investigate it. No time boundaries. High work pressure. No training.
