      Pros

      The people that I worked with were all hard workers and team players. There was a very positive and diverse culture here, which made it worth it to work there for as long as I did.

      Cons

      Mainly the pay. The compensation was low compared to other companies doing the same job, but again, the people that I worked with and the culture made the low pay worth it to be there and stay there.
