Really there is nothing positive to say.

Cons

This job was such a scam. I wasn’t paid after 8 weeks. When I complained to Erica and Rudy, they tried to say, it’s at will and they can do whatever they want! In the end that wasn’t the case.

Pros

A BCBA supervisor comes to session once a week when you first start to get you more comfortable and transition into therapy after pairing with learner. My BCBA also answers all my questions and acknowledges me when I am doing well.

Cons

The part time hours are barely enough to make it by weekly, I am lucky to still live at home. I also am supposed to get a sign on bonus and after almost 2 months I still have not gotten the 1/4th of it.
